Shipping & Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
Minimum order quantity for Standard PopGrip is 120 units. For Wood and Aluminum PopGrips and PopWallets minimum order quantity is 60 units.
What colour options do you offer?
Standard production uses an off-white button, or a black button. The accordion and platform can be either white or black. Orders of 10,000+ units may qualify for additional customization.
How long will It take to get my order?
Production time is 3 Business Days. Shipping time is depending on your location.
Zone 1: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, UK: Shipping time is 1 - 4 Business Days. Zone 2: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Poland, Spain: Shipping time is 5 - 6 Business Days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on your location, weight of the package and whether you choose Standard or Express Shipping. Zone 1: Standard Shipping is €7.5, Express Shipping is €15-€20. Zone 2: Standard Shipping is €10-€20, Express Shipping is €20-€40. The final shipping price is calculated at the checkout.
What are your payment terms?
Your order will be invoiced to you at the time of shipment, at which time full payment is expected. You can pay your order with PayPal or Credit Card

Promotional PopSockets grips are to be used exclusively as giveaways; only authorized vendors are permitted to resell PopSockets grips. If you're interested in reselling PopSockets grips, please contact sales@popsockets.com.
Where are PopSockets grips manufactured and printed?
The individual PopSockets grips pieces are manufactured in China. Your custom logo will be printed at the PopSockets production facility in Venlo, Netherlands.
